This Wednesday, the former Argentine president posted a photo of himself with Manuel López Obrador, the Mexican president, on social media, a meeting in which he said he had "exchanged ideas and visions about the present and future of our countries and our beloved Latin America."

The former president accepted "that his role be investigated" in the case of alleged benefits to intermediaries who collected million-dollar commissions with policies from public organizations.
From that meeting, the call to the national Congress of the PJ was confirmed (for March 22), the formation of a political action table (CAP) and the acceptance of Alberto Fernández's license.
With this license, the party is in charge of the table of 5 vice presidents plus what is determined by the Political Action Commission.
The party congress will be on the 22nd and the congressmen by provinces will meet there, which will be around 900 people.
Congress can give instructions to the party Council or the political action table to reorganize party life.
The possibility of a new call for internal elections (to elect a new leadership) is carried out by the Council, not Congress.
Already on party leave, Alberto Fernández will return to the country this Thursday.
But it will be for a few hours because he will return to Madrid, to meet again with his partner Fabiola Yáñez and his son Francisquito.
