Anaïs Leleux, the ex-partner of Julien Bayou, announced Tuesday March 5 to the media

that she had filed a complaint against the former leader of the political party EELV (Europe Écologie Les Verts) for
“moral harassment”
and
“abuse of weakness"

, Anaïs Leleux's lawyer, MyKim Yang-Paya, confirms the filing of this complaint.
“The Paris public prosecutor's office received two complaints from March 4, registered with the public prosecutor's office on March 5, filed by Ms. Anaïs Leleux: one against Julien Bayou for moral harassment of a spouse and abuse of weakness and the other against EELV for no assistance to the person in danger.
These complaints are currently being analyzed
,” the prosecution tells us.
Anaïs Leleux, former EELV member, accuses Julien Bayou, national secretary of the party from 2017 to 2021, of psychological violence.
“In my complaint, I cite a certain number of activists and executives of the EELV party because not only were they aware of these actions, but they did not react.
I am convinced that violent men could do nothing without the men and women who, each time, have their back and allow their impunity

regarding her second complaint.
“Breaking women”
The Bayou affair broke out in July 2022 when the internal unit on sexual violence and harassment of EELV received a distress email from Anaïs Leleux, preceding a suicide attempt, in which she accused Julien Bayou of “
breaking women ".
