"For the decree on CER (renewable energy communities), for the purposes of constructing the 5 Gw of planned plants, an annual incentive cost of between 230 and 340 million euros is estimated for 20 years; while for the decree on agrivoltaics it is estimated an annual incentive charge of approximately 30 million euros for 20 years, in compliance with the objective of approximately 1 Gw of plants".
The Minister of the Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto, said this at question time in the Chamber.
The minister announced that "from 2008 to 2022, incentives worth over 141 billion euros have been paid".
"In the future - he added - it will be possible to aggregate the data relating to the measures being developed, such as the Fer 2 Decree and the Fer X, for which however it is premature to provide precise estimates".
"Finally - concluded Pichetto -, on the basis of the updated Pniec, investments in network infrastructure are estimated at around 37 billion euros and over 6 billion euros for storage systems".
