In Frankenberg, a teenager beats and humiliates a peer.
The act is filmed by a third party.
Sharing the video is also a criminal offense.
Frankenberg - A video has been circulating in the Frankenberg region for days that shows a young person punching another in the stomach several times in the corner of the Frankenberg train station building, kicking him once in the abdomen and verbally insulting and humiliating him.
The six and a half minute long video was taken on a cell phone by another youth, apparently a friend of the bully.
The video also ended up with the police, who have now identified all three people involved.
“All the people on the video are known to us and have been interviewed by us,” reports Chief Detective Dirk Richter, spokesman for the Waldeck-Frankenberg Police Department, in response to an HNA request.
The bully, the victim and the videographer are under 18 years old and come from the Frankenberg region.
Nothing is known about the time of the crime.
Investigations against thugs are ongoing
The Frankenberg police are currently investigating the thug for bodily harm.
The case will then be handed over to the Marburg public prosecutor.
According to Richter, nothing can be said at the moment about a punishment for the bully.
The crime scene: In the corner of the station building where the green garbage can is in the photo, the young person hit, kicked and insulted the other person.

“I’ll show you real fear” – violence among young people in Frankenberg
In the video, the bully appears to be referring to an incident the victim was previously involved in, but this is not explained in detail.
A few names come up, apparently mutual acquaintances.
“Come on, I'll show you real fear, you little bastard,” says the thug, dragging the victim into a corner of the station building and threatening him with very rude words that he shouldn't tell anyone about the incident.
He then opens his jacket and punches him several times in the stomach and upper body.
“I can’t breathe,” says the victim.
“I don’t care,” the bully replies and repeatedly pushes his hands to the side, which he holds protectively in front of his stomach.
“I’m going to slap your face so hard if you don’t get on your knees.”
The bully insults the visibly intimidated boy as, among other things, a fat guy and an idiot.
“I'm making a fool of you,” he says and demands: “Get on your knees if you're sorry!” When he refuses, he adds: “I swear to God, I'm going to slap your face so hard “If you don’t get on your knees.” The other person only agrees when the person taking the video turns the cell phone away.
In the video you can only hear the sound for about 50 seconds.
What happens in time cannot be seen.

At the end of the video, the perpetrator kicks the victim, who is still standing in the corner, in the abdomen before letting him go with the words "Go to school."
Police advise: Do not forward the video
The video of the incident at the Frankenberg train station has been sent to the HNA several times by email or WhatsApp over the past few days - the senders were stunned and wanted to draw attention to the incident and ask for it to be reported in the newspaper.
Police spokesman Dirk Richter strongly advises against forwarding the video.
Forwarding is also a criminal offense and will be prosecuted by the police.
This is prohibited, among other things, under the Art Copyright Act.
