"You have to remember," says Maoz Abdi, producer and manager of international artists, "the world of culture and music received a heavy blow in the war. Beyond the fact that there is a problem of gathering in certain areas - people are not in the mood to go to music shows."
About the situation of the singers, Abdi says, "Many singers stopped performing during this period. But those who were creative - knew how to continue their musical activity even during the war."

Abdi is the personal manager of the Jewish superstar Mordechai Shapira, who lives in the USA, "Although Shapira fills huge halls in the USA even these days, during the war I brought him 4 times to Israel for long days where he performed from morning to night for soldiers in the south and north and especially for the sick at home the various patients".
