Lawyers Avital and Dana Adri, who represented the father, say that the conflict escalated very much, the moment the woman decided to take care of her ex-partner False, as if he is dangerous to his children because he regularly uses hard drugs and consumes alcohol to the point of intoxication.

According to them, the choice to incriminate such a false plot against her ex-husband was apparently due to the woman's desire to gain a judicial advantage in the divorce proceedings she initiated.

Her insistence on the truth of the false plot degenerated the family into a prolonged and nerve-racking conflict, which lasted more than a year.

Initially, and automatically, a decision was made that the father would be allowed to see the minors except under the supervision of a third party.

Later, the father admitted to the social worker who was sent to check on his danger, that he had indeed smoked weed a few times in the past, but this was not done in the presence of the children, and it did not make him violent or dangerous towards his children at all.

According to the Adri lawyers, the social worker who met the father had the same impression.

However, the mother continued to submit various requests to the High Court, in which she constantly claimed that the minors were at risk.

At the initiative of his lawyers, the father was sent to an institute for personality and parenting tests, in order to disprove his dangerousness towards his children, as was finally determined, but this after hardships and bitterness on the part of During those months, the Edri lawyers asked to appoint the man's partner, a woman whom he met after his divorce, as a supervisor to ensure that he does not consume drugs and alcohol, a request to which his ex-wife opposed completely, and therefore even filed a petition in an attempt to prevent the appointment of the spouse as a supervisor

. The family court hearing the mother's request to prevent the appointment was impressed by the personality of the man's new partner. On the other hand, the court was impressed that the woman was heaping difficulties on her ex-husband, for impure motives, and decided to leave his hands on the appointment of the partner as supervisor, until a final reference is given on behalf of the "S" who looked into the matter of the father's alleged addictions.

The social worker who conducted a dangerousness assessment for the father also had the impression that he did not pose any danger to his children.

She submitted her conclusions to the court, conclusions that did not please the divorcee at all, who demanded to be allowed to question the social worker.

The social worker was questioned by the mother's attorney as well as by the Adri lawyers.

Her investigation did not reveal any flaws in the social worker's conduct, but this did not relax the woman's hands.

At this stage, the woman petitioned to receive for review the confidential reports that the social worker compiled, during the diagnostic meetings that she conducted for the father.

The Adri lawyers objected to the request, due to the fear of a serious violation of the father's privacy, and the court accepted their position, rejecting the woman's request outright.

Among other things, the father was sent to be examined by a social worker who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of parents addicted to drugs and alcohol, who determined unequivocally that he does not pose any danger to the children.

The social worker appointed by the court to supervise the legal procedures in the father's case was also summoned to testify, and she also denied the father's dangerousness, stating that the father does not endanger his children.

At this stage, Adri's lawyers petitioned, on behalf of the father, to speed up the removal of supervision from his meetings with his children, supervision that was conducted over long and unnecessary months.

According to the lawyers, the mother's conduct prevents proper residence arrangements with the children, and this may seriously harm the children, and their relationship with their father.

The woman objected to the removal of supervision, completely, and persisted in the false plot about the father.

She demanded that the father be sent to a rehabilitation center for hard drugs and alcohol, despite all welfare reviews, which ruled out active drug use and addiction.

At this point, the patience of the court ran out, which ordered the removal of supervision from the residence arrangements between the father and his children.

According to Adri lawyers, this decision was certainly accepted with satisfaction, but it was not enough.

At this point, the two petitioned the court with a request to order the parents to have joint custody of their four children, and not to allow the continuation of the mother's exclusive custody of the children.

In the negotiations held between the parties, the mother realized that it was better for her to stop sticking to the false stories that she had spread against the father, and that it was better for her to reach an agreement outside the walls of the court, without an evidentiary hearing during which she would investigate.

The agreement reached was that the parents would share joint custody of their children.

The two also agreed that no alimony payments would be paid between the parties, and that both would bear jointly and in equal parts the expenses of their children (in half).

The agreement between the parties was recently submitted to the Family Court in the center of the country, and received the validity of a judgment.
