The state is suing Channel 14 presenter Shimon Riklin, this is because of the "Cheap Stock" store he built on land in Judea and Samaria.
The land was allowed to be allocated with an exemption from a public tender, for the purpose of establishing an "industrial" plant for Judaica products and sacred objects.
In the lawsuit, the filing of which was published this morning (Wednesday) in Kan 11, it was determined that the "purpose of the lease" is "industry", in accordance with the recommendation of the Ministry of Land and Infrastructure.
