A violent criminal severely beat a seventy-year-old man over a casual exchange with his partner's son.
While the criminal fled and hid from the police, his brother was sent to pay money to the beaten man, so that he would cancel the complaint.
The list of threats that the seventy-year-old resident of Nof HaGalil has undergone is revealed in the indictment filed today (Wednesday) at the Magistrate's Court in Nazareth by the police's claims department.
The investigation material also reveals the severe violence and the attempt to silence the attacked.
The facts of the indictment show that about five weeks ago, the older man saw a 9-year-old boy throwing trash in a trash can near his store in Naf Galil.
The man praised the boy for throwing trash and in response the boy told him, "Shut up."
The man replied - "Go to Kibinimet", and did not imagine what else was in store for him.
A few minutes later, the boy returned to the scene accompanied by Suhaib Luavna, his mother's partner.
Loavna, 36 years old from Nazareth, a large and strong man with a history of violent offenses, kicked the adult, punched him in the head and kicked him in the back and head.
The 70-year-old praised a child for throwing trash in the doorway, not imagining what else was in store for him.

After this mask of severe violence, Luavna left the place together with the child.
Inspector Amichai Reva, head of the investigation office at the Nof HaGalil police station, said that the victim was afraid to file a complaint, but when the case became known to the police, an investigation began immediately.
A court issued an arrest warrant against Luavna, but he escaped, and while he was hiding, his brother, Saib Luavna, 35 years old from Nazareth, came to the business of the man who was beaten and asked him to go back from the testimony he gave to the police and gave him NIS 25,000 in return.
After that, the attacked 70-year-old went to the police station and asked to cancel the complaint.
"It was clear to us that he was afraid and did not want to be hurt again and we made it clear to him that we were continuing the investigation anyway," said Reva.
"This is a very serious and serious case of violence - a man who mercilessly attacked an old man, there was no doubt that this was a case that must end in an arrest and an indictment. We will pursue him until he is arrested and tried for what he did," said Reva.
Although the man who was attacked was afraid to cooperate, the police issued a warrant and seized the camera in his business. In the video recorded by the camera, the transfer of the payment from the hand of Suhaib's brother to the victim is clearly seen.

Later, Suhaib was arrested in an apartment belonging to his brother, he is accused of assaulting an old man causing actual bodily harm and obstruction of justice.
Suhaib's brother, who convinced the victim to drop the complaint, is charged with the crime of extortion by threats and force.
"We come across many serious cases, but it was immediately clear to us how important this case is. We all hope that the judges will also see the great severity and that the accused will receive the maximum punishments. Those who commit such acts should know that they will not escape the horror of justice," said Reva .
