What will it look like in the future?

The Chinese media giant that cracked the secret of engagement is on its way to conquering another summit.

As attention spans drop significantly, short videos and web series may be a more significant piece of the cultural landscape than a full-length motion picture.

Hence the recognition of Tiktok videos as cinematic works seems like an obvious step.

On the other hand, there will always be those who worry about the future of art, and they certainly have good reasons to worry.

It will be interesting to see how the integration between TikTok and the world of cinema will look in a few years, when artificial intelligence technologies will be used not only to create videos but to collect information that will help creators know what their audience wants and likes.

In this way, each film could become a blockbuster within its specific niche.
