We return to the courtroom tomorrow at 11.30 in the Tempio Pausania Court for the trial on the alleged group sexual violence of which Ciro Grillo (son of Beppe, founder of the M5s) and three of his Genoese friends, Vittorio Lauria, Edoardo Capitta and Francesco Corsiglia, are accused .
After the last six hearings which saw the main accuser of the four on the witness stands, the Italian-Norwegian student who was 19 years old at the time of the events dating back to July 2019, on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 March it will be the turn of the father of the second girl, also alleged victim for some sexual photos taken of her while she slept by the four defendants.
The young woman, whose testimony was already heard in September by the judging panel chaired by Marco Contu, had spent the evening of 16 July 2019 in the company of the Italian-Norwegian girl and Grillo, Corsiglia, Capitta and Lauria in some clubs on the Costa Smeralda , and then ended the night in the villa owned by the Grillo family, where the group sexual violence allegedly took place.
The young woman was photographed by the four while she was sleeping on the sofa and the shots later found in the cell phones seized from the defendants would have a clear sexual background.
The girl, who has always declared that she did not notice anything and did not even hear screams during the night, claimed to have been informed of the existence of the photos portraying her only months after the complaint made by the main accuser once she returned from Sardinia to Milan where they both resided with their respective families.
The friendship between the two students would have ended immediately after that July 2019 and there would have been only a few exchanges of messages regarding the evening spent first at the Billionaire and then in the house in Porto Cervo.
Following this, the sister of the main accuser, one of her Norwegian friends and some technical consultants of the prosecutor Gregorio Capasso will be heard.
