His son gave the bottle last Tuesday, during physical education class, to the victim who experienced nausea and a headache shortly after drinking from the container.

The agents went to the Legacy Traditional School in Alamo Ranch to treat the sick minor.

Although lemon, salt and vinegar are not toxic ingredients, the victim had to be hospitalized for additional medical monitoring.

He was eventually discharged.

An investigation found that Rossi “intentionally mixed the contents of the drink.”

Rossi was charged with causing bodily injury to a minor, for which she was booked into the Bexar County Jail on $1,000 bail.
