This request, in preparation since January, will be submitted at the beginning of next week.
Last week, Marsactu revealed the major reservations of the Court of Auditors regarding this plan put together by Emmanuel Macron to develop Marseille.
In a report whose publication is forthcoming, the magistrates point out significant dysfunctions and weaknesses in the implementation of this plan.
