Brutal videos: Ukrainians use Bradley tanks to slow down Putin's merciless "Banzai" tactics

Highlights: Brutal videos: Ukrainians use Bradley tanks to slow down Putin's merciless "Banzai" tactics. The videos show the almost devastating and careless approach of the Russian invasion troops. The Bradley not only has an enormous range of up to 2000 meters, but also a rate of fire of 200 rounds per minute, which is difficult to avoid on the battlefield without protection. Ukraine has already lost a number of Bradley tanks - including 16 in a minefield on June 8. Because there aren't many left, Ukrainians use their Western tanks very carefully.

Russia's army advances into eastern Ukraine, but suffers heavy losses from Ukrainian Bradley tanks.

Videos document this.

Donbass - The videos from the Ukraine war from the beginning of March are particularly brutal.

They document how ruthlessly Kremlin autocrat Vladimir Putin literally burns the soldiers from Russia.

Near Avdiivka: Ukrainian army repulses “Banzai” attacks with Bradleys

The image sequences were recorded by reconnaissance drones from the 47th mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian army near the settlement of Berdychi, less than five kilometers northwest of the small town of Avdiivka, which was evacuated in mid-February.

In the background you can see the towers of the devastated industrial plant in the completely destroyed small town.

At the weekend, the Ukrainian air force sensationally bombed the former coking plant with a French AASM-250 “smart bomb”.

Kiev probably wanted to make it clear that it was not ready to give up Avdiivka.

This is documented most by the Ukrainian crews of the Bradley armored personnel carriers, who are currently repelling the inhumane Russian “Banzai” attacks near Berdychi.

Russian Losses in Ukraine: Careless Attacks at Avdiivka

Including the next big losses for Moscow, which the Kremlin now wants to cover up through data manipulation.

“Banzai” attacks refer to front-line assaults in which Russian commanders rush large numbers of soldiers toward enemy lines without any consideration of casualties.

The US news magazine

Forbes

called the current tactic that, with a reference to the Japanese approach in World War II.

The videos of the Kiev army, which Ukrainian military bloggers share on X (formerly Twitter), among others, show the almost devastating and careless approach of the Russian invasion troops.

In one video, for example, you can see a single Russian BTR wheeled tank rolling towards Berdychi.

The BTR drops off Russian infantry, with around a dozen soldiers sitting on the roof of the tank - without any protection from fire.

The Ukrainians’ Bradley tank: the “Bushmaster” machine cannon hits the Russians

Shortly afterwards, a single Bradley comes out of cover and fires at the four-axle BTR with his 25 mm M242 “Bushmaster” machine cannon before its crew turns into a ditch and the Russian tank finally bursts into flames.

The Ukrainian Bradley first destroys the wheeled tank and then takes on the Russian soldiers who have jumped off.

These are finally shot down mercilessly behind a garden fence.

They probably had no chance.

Because: The Bradley not only has an enormous range of up to 2000 meters, but also a rate of fire of 200 rounds per minute, which is difficult to avoid on the battlefield without protection.

Also at the beginning of March, Ukrainian military bloggers shared another video on social media of a single Bradley - apparently also on the second line of defense west of Avdiivka - taking out two Russian BTR wheeled tanks.

The location and time of the drone footage cannot be independently verified.

Weapons deliveries from the USA: Ukraine has already lost a number of Bradley tanks

However, it can be clearly seen that in this case too the tanks were fired at with the heavy machine cannon.

So vehemently that one of the tanks began to burn.

The images are extremely brutal.

Several dead Russian soldiers lie on the ground, clearly identified as such by their uniforms.

In this example too, for whatever reason, they were previously sitting on the wheeled tanks.

Because of the brutality, the editorial team is not displaying the images that are contained in at least one public tweet.

But: The videos prove something else.

Namely, that the Ukrainians use their Western tanks very carefully.

Because there aren't many left?

According to

the New York Times (NYT),

the same 47th Brigade lost 25 tanks - including 16 Bradleys - in a Russian minefield on June 8, 2023 near Mala Tokmachka (Zaporizhia region).

According to

Newsweek,

the Americans had sent 186 armored personnel carriers.

As Oryx, an open source research group, reported in fall 2023, 34 Bradleys had been abandoned, damaged or destroyed by mid-July.

Photos from Russian military bloggers had shown that the Ukrainians also had to leave behind Bradleys in Avdiivka.
