Finding an available charging station when you drive electric can quickly become stressful.
So deploying terminals accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and which allow you to refill with energy in around three hours could help the development of electric cars.
To support the transition and development of these new forms of mobility, Sdevo (Departmental Energy Union of Val-d'Oise) has launched an ambitious plan, aiming to deploy, by 2026, no less than 160 electric charging stations in 130 towns in the department.
The first of these terminals, called Volti, have just been put into service in Saint-Prix.
Around fifty should follow quickly, from Garges-lès-Gonesse to Théméricourt, via Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône or Sagy.
“The department is one of the essential players in the ecological transition,” says Céline Villecourt, mayor of Saint-Prix and vice-president of the departmental council responsible for the environment and sustainable development.
This shows our desire to promote electromobility.
We offer motorists the possibility of recharging their vehicle outside their home, and in strategic locations, such as here next to town hall.
