Should wood heating be banned during pollution peaks in Île-de-France?
This measure could be part of the region's new Atmosphere Protection Plan (PPA).
This document, “which defines the objectives and actions of the State” to improve air quality, is currently being revised.
A public inquiry was launched at the end of February.
Ile-de-France residents still have until April 10 to decide on the actions envisaged in this project.
To collect their opinions, a register is available online.
Telephone and field hotlines are also organized.
A first public meeting took place on March 5 and four others are planned in different cities, each time with a distinct theme: mobility, land use planning, wood heating or even the air sector.
