In the midst of the insurance scandal that led to his accusation of corruption, former president
Alberto Fernández
defended himself from Mexico and assured that he will give
all the necessary explanations
.
Fernández broke his silence during an interview with the Mexican media Milenio, during a visit to that country, and said that he has "the peace of mind" of not having committed "
any improper act
."
"These are times that must be passed and I am here to explain everything I have to explain because I have the peace of mind that I have not committed any improper act," said Fernández.
The now former president of the Justicialista Party said that the accusations against him are "the miserable part of politics."
