The police are investigating doctors at the Bodensee Medicine Campus (MSC) in Friedrichshafen.
The accusation ranges from suspicion of medical malpractice with negligent homicide to initial suspicion of billing fraud, as the police and public prosecutor's office announced on Thursday.
Friedrichshafen - Five doctors are accused.
Evidence was seized at the clinic on Thursday.
An investigative group called “Cura” has been set up to look into the case.
According to the information, the first preliminary investigations began after the suicide of a doctor at the clinic at the end of November, who had pointed out the grievances.
