Nino de Angelo addresses his fans with a video and has nothing good to say.
An illness will probably throw him off track for a while.
Wertach – Pop singer Nino de Angelo (60) is always good for a surprise.
On social networks, he sometimes spoils his followers with gentle words and sometimes with drunken hateful tirades.
In his Instagram story he now follows up with the next piece of bad news.
Nino de Angelo addresses his fans with bad news
“Unfortunately, things are turning out differently than planned for me,” the singer addresses his fans while sitting in a swivel chair in front of his PC.
“I caught some virus that is affecting my bronchi and my voice.
The doctor says I have to take it easy for the next few weeks.” He was in the middle of recording his album, says the “Out of Eden” interpreter, and was already singing.
However, all recordings would have to be postponed indefinitely.
He puts his fans off by saying that he wants to start in the summer.
If you're looking forward to new material from Nino de Angelo in 2024, the singer with Italian roots doesn't give you hope: "It'll be difficult with an album this year."
The 60-year-old is apparently not worried about the loyalty of his fans: “But I think you’re waiting,” he ends his video message with a smile and asking for understanding.
The video background should be familiar to fans.
From this position, Nino de Angelo last insulted his fans as “piss-nails” at the beginning of 2023 because they commented critically on his alcohol consumption.
He repeatedly speaks openly about his penchant for drinking.
Nino de Angelo relies on live performances
Nino de Angelo's priority is his performances at the end of March; he wants to be fit for them, as he says in the video.
From July he will also be touring Germany with his band for live concerts.
Especially in East Germany, as in Chemnitz and Görlitz, he will be seen until September, provided his voice takes part.
The pop singer only celebrated his 60th birthday in December last year.
After 1983, he was never able to build on his gold status with “Jenwärts von Eden”, a new interpretation of the original by Drafi Deutscher (†60).

For many years, fans have been able to gain insight into the private lives of de Angelo and his wife Simone (47).
Marital disputes can also be seen there.
In public appearances, however, he claims to have found peace and quiet in the small town of Wertach in the Oberallgäu and to enjoy Bavarian country life.
In the TV show “Kölner Treff” he said that he had created a little paradise for himself.
However, he cannot completely renounce alcohol; it actually inspires his creativity.
Nino de Angelo recently confessed that he needs half a bottle of whiskey to write lyrics.
