The head of the CC listed that as head of the Treasury Attorney General, Barra must defend the interests of the Nation with the YPF case involving Cristina Kirchner, "for which we must pay more than 16 billion dollars, under threat of embargoes".
In addition, he referred to "the civil case that the government must promote for 22.3 billion pesos against Cristina Kirchner, as a request for compensation for the damages caused with the National Highway contracts with Lázaro Báez."
