Before arriving at the helm of this type of naval vessel in January, he attended, on the basis of Sers company procedures, an intense 12-month training program in the conduct of azimuth tugboats and in port maneuvers for towing ships in the port of Ancona and in the harbors. of Ancona and Falconara Marittima.
"We are proud to see such high professionalism in action in our port system - said Garofalo -.
People with a great passion for the sea, a demanding, often difficult work environment, which requires respect and great attachment. I have never met, however, someone who was dissatisfied with working there. To the commander and to all the women who work in the ports, thanks for their daily commitment and our best wishes for March 8th".
To Commander Abbruzzetti, on the dock with the Sers regional director Vincenzo Amanti and the crew of the tugboat Musone, President Garofalo, together with the general secretary of the ADSP, Salvatore Minervino, presented her with a plaque wishing her "Good winds!".
