What will this new production be about?
The first season of “Our History of France”, composed of six chronological episodes, will cover a first and very vast period ranging from ancient Gaul to the Renaissance, from the shaping of a people and a territory to the birth of a powerful nation.
Sixteen centuries marked by wars, conquests, disease, progress, victories and defeats, led by so many anonymous and great people, such as Vercingétorix, Clovis, Charlemagne, Saint-Louis, Henri IV and Joan of Bow.
Six emblematic and founding stories designed to link together like a series and in which Tomer Sisley, sometimes narrator, sometimes in costume, is a passenger of time, the one who binds, who transmits and makes you want to go further.
“Our History of France” is inspired by a successful Danish format called “The Story of”, in which Lars Mikkelsen plays the narrator.
Broadcast planned for the second half of 2024, during the first part of the evening.
