Philipp and Melissa have long been considered the “wedding at first sight” dream couple.
But their happiness in love didn't last.
Now the boxer wants to get married again.
Hamburg – At “Wedding at First Sight” there was a spark between Philipp (35) and Melissa (29) right away.
The newlyweds quickly fell in love with each other and even had their first offspring together, their son Mucki, in December 2020.
In the meantime, however, the former dream couple has grown apart.
The 35-year-old now wants to try again - and enter into marriage once again.
But there is a catch.

Although it initially looked like it, Philipp didn't find great happiness in love at his Melissa's side.
The two “Wedding at First Sight” participants from 2019 are now in firm hands again;
have found new partners and live their lives independently of each other.
Only their son Mucki remains as a unifying factor.

Philipp has reoriented himself after the separation: The boxer not only lost a lot of weight, but also changed his place of residence.
He moved from busy Hamburg to the countryside with his new love.
“This was the best decision we could have made,” the 35-year-old recently said via Instagram.
Moving into a spacious house with a garden seems to have triggered Philipp's desire to take the next step.
TV phenomenon “Wedding at First Sight” – a lot of criticism for Sat.1’s success:
“Wedding at a glance” is well received by television viewers and regularly gives Sat.1 good ratings, but there is also criticism of the program: a former participant complained in an interview with

in 2017 that she felt like she was being paraded in public : “If a production company wants to do that, they can turn a normal person into a hate figure,” is their criticism.
The Catholic Church was also not enthusiastic about the format.
On the
cathedral radio
, Cologne's Archbishop Rainer Maria Cardinal Woelki harshly criticized Woelki with "Wedding at First Sight": "This new dome show on private television, in which total strangers marry spontaneously and in a civil ceremony in front of the camera, perverts marriage - yes, perverted love."
Philipp in love again – “Wedding at First Sight” participant wants to get married again
It is clear to the “Wedding at First Sight” candidate that he wants to get married again: He can “well imagine” tying the knot again, says Philipp. However, this is not (yet) possible at the moment: “Since the divorce isn’t finalized yet, I have to wait for it,” the 35-year-old reveals openly – and is already thinking ahead.

The sports-loving Hamburg resident also wants to become a father again: “For perfect happiness, a little princess named Aylin would be missing.” The fact that his new home is “designed for a large family” should come in handy for him.
In the new season of the Sat.1 show, too, the matchmaking didn't work out as desired: Recently, Kinga (38) and Morten (41) from "Wedding at First Sight" announced that they were ending their marriage - seen in the finale it looked completely different just a few weeks ago!
