On video: New evidence in the lawsuit of the Prischer Gutman family against Ichilov, a hearing at the Tel Aviv District Court March 7, 2024/Walla system!
Today (Thursday) a hearing was held in the Tel Aviv District Court regarding a request to amend the statement of claim submitted by the relatives of the singer Amir Perisher Gutman, following new evidence that came to them, including recordings of employees at the hospital - as published in Walla!.
During the hearing, both sides expressed their position on the issue, which has not yet been decided by the court.
Prischer Gutman's relatives believe that this evidence proves that those involved in the hospital worked to cover up the mistake and hid from Prischer Gutman medical information and the results of significant medical tests - so that he would not be made aware of the grave mistake they had made.
His family members asked the court to amend the statement of claim so that the allegation of the disappearance and concealment of medical data that appeared in the original statement of claim will now be given a more central and significant place.

"The feelings are very difficult," shared Yanai Perisher Gutman, Amir's partner, in the court corridor at the end of the hearing.
"Each time to come to the discussion and deal with this case raises and distributes and makes it very difficult, but I see it as a mission for everyone who comes to hospitals and the arrogance and forcefulness that hospitals use to hide information or twist the truth to their advantage. As far as I'm concerned, I'm here doing it as a mission and to really bring about some kind of change that is for the benefit of All patients".
"We filed a request to amend the indictment," commented at the end of the hearing, attorney Adi Abergil Braverman, who represents Prisher Gutman's relatives.
We are happy because we want to be able to really prove all our claims and get to the truth.
It comes to Amir that everyone knew what happened to him and how forceful the hospital was and how they hid from him medical information that should have been revealed to him.
We are very happy with the discussion, it was very successful for us.
Our expert was replaced, so we had to amend the indictment, and as part of the amendment, very significant evidence was also submitted, which in due course we will reveal, which we believe will help the judge arrive at what really happened."
