After a 22-year-old broke into a school in Petershagen, Brandenburg, armed on Friday, the police ended their operation on site.
A police spokesman explained this upon request.
Petershagen - The 22-year-old entered the school in Petershagen, east of Berlin, with a knife and a blank gun and was then overpowered and arrested by the police.
An amok alarm had previously been triggered by a school employee.
The emergency services were called to the school around 7:15 a.m., it said.
According to the information, there were mainly teachers, school employees and employees of a horticultural company in the school at the time.
Students had not yet been to the facility.
Police cordoned off the school following the arrest.
Classes were canceled for the time being.
