The National Meteorological Service (SMN) issued this Friday a short-term warning for strong storms with intense rains and gusts for the City and Greater Buenos Aires.
In addition, a storm alert is in effect for ten provinces in Argentina.
The agency published the notice at 4:57 p.m., initially valid for one hour.
Includes the City of Buenos Aires and the following AMBA parties: Almirante Brown, Avellaneda, Escobar, Esteban Echeverria, Exaltación de la Cruz, General Rodríguez, General San Martín, Hurlingham, Ituzaingó, José C. Paz, La Matanza, Lanús, Lomas de Zamora, Lujan, Malvinas Argentinas, Marcos Paz, Merlo, Moreno, Morón, Pilar, Quilmes, San Fernando, San Isidro, San Miguel, Tigre, Tres de Febrero and Vicente López.
