It seems like another life, but it happened in this one.
Sofía and Valentina crossed paths in some soap operas they made for local television, just as they did with many other workers in that industry.
Until then, nothing special.
Some time later they saw each other again on a dating app and, “match” involved, they never separated again.

,” Elliot warned Godfrid as if to make everything clear from the beginning.
It was the first time that Valentina was with a girl and the fears were many.
However, their love was stronger and from that first meeting they decided that everything that followed would be together.
Milo, Valentina and Sofía's son, has already turned one year old.

The official date of coexistence, they maintain with a laugh, was three months after the initial date, with commitment included;
but the real one, they add, was a day after that first approach.
The marriage, meanwhile, came two years later.
All of this occurred in a context of privilege, they clarify, since both families fully supported the relationship, something that they, as leaders of the LGBTQ+ community, know is not always the case.
“Imagine having to choose between your family and being you and being able to be free, that is terrible,” they reflected.
Their experience was so warm that both in-laws welcomed them beyond the label of daughters-in-law;

In 2023 a kind of revolution occurred with the arrival of
Milo
, his son.
The child was born prematurely after 26 weeks of gestation and spent 70 days hospitalized in neonatology, so the welcome home was even more celebrated.

Milo is a warrior

In his year many more things happened than any person in his entire life.
We are super proud of our son,” his mother says.
The tone of voice seems to get sweeter and sweeter when talking about her baby: “It's beautiful to see him grow and be able to mother this spectacular being together,” Godfrid added.

A year has passed since Milo's “tumultuous” arrival, as they themselves describe.
It was not easy: to all the requirements of a newborn were added the more than two months of hospitalization, the consultations with specialists, the runs, the fears and the transfers to the clinic.

Life for Valentina and Sofía "changed 200,000 percent," they joke today, with their healthy son already at home.
“It's a beautiful learning experience,” Elliot highlights.
Asked about the true meaning of family in all its diversity, they affirm: “Family is love, it is containment.
There is no family that is good and another that is bad.
“No one has the right to judge anyone’s choice of family or love.”
They know that, probably, throughout their days their son will encounter different prejudices regarding his two mothers, since at times they also notice them even today.

Sofía and Valentina began creating content around “coming out” in 2016. “We are both actresses and we didn't want to wait for a producer to call us.
So we said: 'let's create a space.'”

Elliot had the idea of disembarking on that platform in order to help those who were going through that landing towards freedom.
“If we make someone's life simpler, all the work will be worth it,” they thought.
Even today “there are a lot of places where people still suffer a lot and live life in secret because they cannot say who they love,” they emphasized.
That is why one of their objectives on the multiple platforms of which they are part was to give life to a community where help, solidarity, respect and empathy are protagonists.
The bond they established with those followers (“our chosen family,
our network family
,” they say) was so powerful that today they cannot even imagine what this last year would have been like without the presence of all of them.
“They were helping us with absolutely everything.
I don't know how we would have done without all the help our community gave us,” mentions Sofía.
It refers to the numerous ways that exist to get closer to another when they need it most.
In this case, within the framework of the follow-up that Milo needed due to his prematurity, the networks collaborated in various ways.

The recommendation of specialists did not stop arriving through comments or private messages;
They were also organized so that the clicks multiplied and the actresses could continue generating income with the published content, since creating new content was not easy during those times;
