The French trade deficit deteriorated by 0.5 billion euros in January, reaching 6.9 billion euros, after three months of successive improvements, Customs indicated on Friday.

This result is linked to a double effect of a drop in exports of 0.3 billion euros, to 49.5 billion, and an increase in imports of 0.2 billion euros, to 56.4 billion, specify Customs. .
