Special envoy to Charleval (Eure)
Félix Tampon is Alain Reynaud's clown name.
A clown who does not go round in circles and strives to dialogue with what does not go round.
Born in the second promotion of the National Circus Arts Center in 1990, and glorified by the limelight with Ms. Françoise and Georges Pétard at his side before creating La Cascade, the national circus center in Bourg-Saint-Andéol, and the Alba-la-Romaine festival, in Ardèche.
Here he is in Charleval, in Normandy, a village of 1,500 inhabitants, with two vegetable sellers, an optician, a household appliances store and the rest of the useful and beautiful.
A large village, between Rouen and Elbeuf, where people come to stock up on supplies.
Here, he decided to reopen the closed curtain of a shop for three weeks.
“I am struck by the number of lowered curtains that we see in towns and villages. I wondered if Félix Tampon didn't have a place in reopening what is closed. Businesses like theaters have a curtain”
