“I condemn these actions. In life, we have the right to agree or disagree, but that is not a reason to degrade the public good and be so outrageous with symbols that are strong and excessive,”

Warned by passers-by this Friday morning, he went to the scene and filed a complaint.
The damage has since been cleaned up.
An investigation is underway.
