A commissioned company from the Freising district radically cut together the avenues in the Agrob media park in Ismaning.
Achim Kern, chairwoman of Agrob Immobilien AG, has called in a law firm to assert claims for recourse against the company.

After tree trimming measures that were too radical, the once magnificent trees now only present a sad picture.
At Agrob Immobilien AG, people themselves are horrified by the work of the company they commissioned.
It is promised that the old situation will be restored.
Clear-cutting in Ismaning: Repairing damage costs 5,000 to 10,000 euros per tree
Achim Kern, chairman of Agrob Immobilien AG, commissioned a company from the neighboring district of Freising to take care of the trees.
Among other things, the company was able to demonstrate that it worked for the city of Freising.
A few days ago, the company came out with heavy equipment and cut down more than 100 trees so radically that even a layman could see that it couldn't have been done professionally.
“Three experts have now looked at the trees,” says Kern.
“Two said that the trees would recover within the next two years.
If that is the case, then we only have a crying eye.”
The Agrob chairman promises the people of Ismaningen a correction: “We feel like an integral part of the community and guarantee that the old situation will be restored.” The chairman of Agrob Immobilien AG leaves nothing to chance.
He will have a report drawn up about trees that can still be saved and those that need to be replaced with trees of the same size.
According to estimates, these costs are between 5,000 and 10,000 euros per tree.
That's why Kern has already called in a law firm to assert claims for recourse against the company from the Freising district.

Ismaning's mayor Alexander Greulich (SPD) sees the tree accident on the Agrob site as a warning: "I always sensitize the local council to pay attention to the quality of maintenance measures." The municipality is not involved on the private property of the media park, even if it is The administration has already received many complaints from citizens.
There is close contact with the Agrob administration, and Greulich is happy that Achim Kern wants to limit or correct the damage.
“But of course it hurts so much to see the trees on the avenues,” says Greulich.
The district office and the municipality see no reason to take official action
The community also informed the district office.
Franziska Herr from the press office describes the incident in a similar way to Kern and Greulich: “According to the municipality, there is an accusation of improper pruning.
The trees do not have their protected status through nature conservation legislation, but rather through the municipality's development plan as a municipal statute." The district office does not see any reason for measures due to the efforts to correct the damage: "The municipality and the district office do not currently see any reason to take official action to intervene because the owner is taking the initiative to assess and repair the damage in an appropriate and targeted manner.
There are currently no immediate measures that could improve the condition of the trees.”
