Boulogne-Billancourt, the third most expensive municipality in Hauts-de-Seine, has seen the value of its apartments per square meter plummet in recent months.

8,153 euros in our latest barometer is 3.7% less than three months ago and 7.3% less than a year ago.
This is worse than the departmental average, which is already falling sharply following the trend in the rest of the inner suburbs: -1.7% over three months, -5.6% over one year.
