An apartment sold in three months, another in two months... The results of this real estate agency in Sarcelles could make many of its colleagues jealous.
The drop in prices affecting the national territory does not spare a large part of Val-d'Oise, with for example a drop of 9% in one year for apartments in Cormeilles-en-Parisis, Domont or Le Plessis-Bouchard , and even L’Isle-Adam.
But east of 95 seems to be resisting.
Or even a little better.
According to the Meilleurs Agents website, there has in fact been an increase of 1.9% over the last three months in towns such as Sarcelles, Garges-lès-Gonesse, Villiers-le-Bel or Gonesse.
The increase even reached 4.7% over one year for the first three named and 4.9% for the last.
For example, we arrive at 2,440 euros per square meter in Sarcelles, 2,586 in Garges, 2,743 in Villiers-le-Bel and 3,106 in Gonesse.
