, one of the four Vélez footballers involved in the complaint of a 24-year-old girl for sexual abuse in San Miguel de Tucumán, made a post on his social networks in which he tried to distance himself from the accusation of the sports journalist who claimed to have visited his room at the Fortín team concentration last Saturday.

"I repudiate violence of any kind. I respect the physical and sexual integrity of every person. I trust in the rapid action of Justice," the footballer, who played in the last World Cup in Qatar 2022 with the Uruguayan national team, wrote in an Instagram story.
