Many of Trump's answers were delayed as he watched Biden from his Florida estate with a handful of advisers and aides.
Between the outbursts, Trump fired off posts mocking Biden's appearance, demeanor and cough.
Amid the personal attacks, Trump directly addressed the content of parts of the speech - including Biden's comments on NATO.
Trump appeared to become increasingly upset as Biden began his attacks against him.
He claimed that inflation under Biden is destroying America and said that he, Trump, is responsible for any policies that help veterans and for lowering prices.
He also claimed that Biden wanted to “take away everyone’s guns.”

The app intermittently displays the error message “something went wrong”, while the desktop version temporarily displayed no posts.

After his victory in the primaries on Super Tuesday, the former president can no longer be denied the Republican nomination as presidential candidate.
In the election for the highest state office in November, he will challenge Democrat Joe Biden, who was also unrivaled in collecting almost all of the necessary delegate votes.

President Biden will deliver the traditional State of the Union address to Congress in Washington on Thursday (March 7).
The prime-time “State of the Union” speech will be broadcast live on several networks across the United States.
The President takes the opportunity to take stock of key policy issues and set out his future course.

Last but not least, Biden's aim is to refute the widespread criticism that he is too old and not dynamic enough for a second term in office.
He is also likely to appeal to the Republicans to give up their blockade of new billions in aid to Ukraine and an agreement on immigration policy.
Trump, whose last remaining internal rival Nikki Haley dropped out of the nomination race, has now announced that he will “analyze” the State of the Union address in a live stream.
The Republican presented his plans on the “Truth Social” platform he co-founded. “I am pleased to announce that tomorrow evening we will be dismantling crooked Joe Biden’s State of the Union address live, piece by piece,” wrote Trump on Wednesday.
Trump wants to “correct all inaccurate statements” live – and calls on Biden to hold debates
He will “immediately correct any inaccurate statements,” particularly regarding the border, the FBI, the Justice Department, and state attorneys general and district attorneys who are taking action against his political opponent.
Trump repeatedly accuses Biden of using prosecutors and the Justice Department as political tools against him.
“It is important for the country to know the truth,” Trump wrote in conclusion.

The 77-year-old called on Biden for debates shortly after his announcement on “Truth Social.”
“It is important for the well-being of our country that Joe Biden and I debate issues that are so important to America and the American people.
“That’s why I’m calling for debates, anytime, anywhere, any place!” Trump wrote.
In the election campaign, Biden now apparently wants to pursue a strategy against Trump.
