A United Airlines flight skidded off the runway at a Houston airport on Friday morning, the airline said in a statement.
The Boeing 737 plane landed at George Bush Intercontinental Airport at approximately 8 a.m. when it rolled on the grass as it exited the runway toward the gate, United and the Houston airports and Houston Spaceport said in separate statements.

The flight, which departed from Memphis International Airport, had 160 passengers and six crew members on board.
Passengers disembarked on the tarmac and were transferred by bus to the terminal.
No one on board was injured.

The incident did not disrupt other flights.
A Houston Airports spokesperson said flights in and out of the facility continued Friday without interruption.
It is unclear what caused the plane to skid off the runway.
The Federal Aviation Administration will investigate the incident.
This is just the most recent mishap involving a plane.
On Monday, a United Airlines flight from Texas to Florida had to make an emergency landing after flames began coming out of the engine.
Last month, the rudder pedals of a United Airlines plane became stuck after landing at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey.
This incident sparked an investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board.
