RTL has hired new professional dancers for “Let's Dance” 2024 because some stars canceled for personal reasons.
Anastasia Stan is there for the first time.

In 2024, “Let’s Dance” will enter its 17th round.
As every year, RTL has invited 14 prominent candidates and 14 professionals who will form dance couples.
Each candidate is assigned a dancer to fight for the title of “Dancing Star”.
While the celebrities change with each edition of the show, the cast of professionals rarely changes.
This year the station had to make four changes, as MANNHEIM24 reports.

Five professional dancers are missing from “Let's Dance” 2024 – Anastasia Stan from Maldovia is stepping in
The well-known “Let's Dance” faces Christina Hänni, Isabel Edvardsson and Renata Lusin have rejected RTL - for a good reason.
The three women are pausing their dance careers because they are pregnant.
Andrzej Cibis and Christian Polanc are also missing from “Let's Dance” 2024. One of the new professional dancers who is stepping in is Anastasia Stan.
She hasn't had a TV appearance yet - a first!
But Anastasia is by no means new to the dance floor.
She started dancing in her home country of Moldova at the age of six - and has been very successful ever since.
The 26-year-old is a multiple Moldovan champion in standard, Latin and the 10 dances.
In October 2023, she and her partner Sergiu Maruster took third place in Latin at the “European Championship”.

But the dancer is not only her athletic partner, the two of them, Anastasia Stan and Sergiu, are also a couple in their private lives.
They have been in a relationship since 2014, and on August 17, 2023 he finally proposed to his girlfriend in Croatia.
Together the two are in the top 50 of the world rankings of the best Latin couples.
Since February 2021, Anastasia Stan has been working as a trainer at the 1st Tanzsportclub Kirchheim under Teck eV.
There she teaches Latin and standard tournament groups.
She herself competes in competitions for the Schwarz Weiss Club Pforzheim and is part of the German national squad.
It is not yet known who she will form a couple with on “Let's Dance”.
Will she succeed Anna Ermakova and Valentin Lusin?
