A plane from Frankfurt has to make an emergency landing at Hamburg Airport.
A major fire department operation is underway.
Hamburg - Alarm for the Hamburg fire department on Saturday afternoon (March 9th): According to initial information, smoke was reported in the cabin on a Lufthansa flight that was actually supposed to take the passengers from Frankfurt to Gothenburg.
The crew decided to make an emergency landing at Hamburg Airport.
The result was a major deployment for the fire brigade and rescue workers.
However, in response to a request from IPPEN.MEDIA,
the Hamburg fire department has now
given the all-clear: “No fire on the plane, no injured people,” it says.
