Three young people, one a minor, tortured for hours by four people.

They were repeatedly kicked in the head, with chairs, with a truncheon, with a knife and subjected to further harassment including forcing them to clean up their blood repeatedly and then hitting them again and repeatedly simulating piercing their hands with the knife, the all accompanied by serious threats and insults.

It happened in Benevento last December and today the arrests were made.

The Carabinieri of Benevento and the San Leucio station, following the investigation coordinated by the Benevento Prosecutor's Office, reconstructed what happened.

It all started when the military, during checks, stopped a car in December: on board there were two adults and a boy with wounds on his face.

The investigations began from there, after the police did not believe the version provided.

It was thus understood that the three young people had gone to a house in Benevento in Rione Libertà to peacefully resolve an argument that had occurred a few days earlier with some peers.

There, however, they were seized for several hours inside the house, beaten and tortured, even with the use of weapons, by the four men receiving precautionary custody measures.

Two of the young people were subjected to treatment degrading their dignity for several hours on the night between 17 and 18 December.

The three victims also had their mobile phones, sums of cash and the car in which they arrived in Benevento stolen.

The car, in particular, had been used by the kidnappers to transport the victims to automatic bank machines and force them to make withdrawals from current accounts.
