Gérald Darmanin decided on Sunday to take legal action after calls to kill police officers heard during the feminist demonstration on March 8 in Paris.

Several videos relaying these slogans were broadcast on social networks.

The general secretary of the SGP Police Unit, Grégory Joron, reported these calls to the minister on Sunday morning, according to the police union, who decided to take legal action.

In a message posted on X (formerly Twitter), Gérald Darmanin describes these comments as
