On video: The Israeli who won the lottery 14 times returns to Israel: "I walked around like a criminal"/Channel 13 News
In the Lotto 3661 draw from February 10, a single winner won the amount of NIS 60 million, he came today (Sunday) to collect the prize, a month after the win.
The winner, a resident of the central region, usually participates in the lottery once a month, especially when the first prize is particularly high.
"My wife and I have been employed for 30 years. We work in an organized job and are quite satisfied with life itself," the winner added excitedly.
"I found out that I won two days after the lottery, I had to take my time, digest, think, understand the meanings, what happens from now on and that's why I delayed collecting the winnings. I knew that I didn't have to get to the lottery house right away, and that I had a window of six months to receive the the prize".

"I finished the work day and passed by the lottery booth on my way home," said the winner about the day he filled out the winning form.
"I was exposed to an ad with the amount of the prize and spontaneously stopped and sent a 60 NIS Double Lotto form. I didn't choose numbers, I let the lottery machine choose for me. It turns out that it was the right decision. When the franchisee asked for the payment and told me the amount of the cost, I playfully replied: 'I will gladly invest 60 Shekels and I will get 60 million back'. For a moment I did not imagine that the pun I invented at that moment would come true in full, and that I would be the only winner of that lottery."
When the winner was asked what he intended to do with the winning money, he replied: "It's true that almost a month has passed, but everything is still very fresh for us. My wife and I are still in the process of digesting and 'cooking' about it. We haven't decided what exactly we'll do. We haven't told anyone about the winning. We jealously guard our privacy."
