  • 1 (400g) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 400 g desiccated coconut

The preparation is not only easy, but also quick:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.

  • Mix the condensed milk and desiccated coconut in a bowl until a smooth, firm dough forms.

  • Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  • Bake the cocadas in the preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the outside is firm but not browned.

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool.
