A group of administrative security detainees petitioned the court today (Sunday) for an order instructing the prison service to provide them with Koran books for the month of Ramadan, watches in sufficient quantity to monitor the times of entering and leaving the fast as well as to allow them to hold joint prayers on Friday prayers and in general.

The detainees also petitioned to approve the introduction of personal equipment such as clothing, blankets and slippers, as well as access to hot water 24 hours a day and "food at a reasonable level and quantity" according to the language of the petition.
