The new penthouse apartment, located in a boutique building in the settlement of Tzur Yitzhak in Sharon, was purchased by the
couple in light of the family's expansion.
"They chose to upgrade and move to a large and spacious 5-room apartment, which also includes two very large balconies," Eliasi explains.
"The apartment covers an entire floor and enjoys 4 air directions and a spectacular panoramic view.
"At the planning level, the apartment is optimally divided into two clear areas: a public area that includes the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, the guest toilets and a very large balcony.
And a private area that includes 3 bedrooms, one of which is a large and spacious master suite, bathroom, general shower and a large balcony with two exits - one from the parents' room and the other from the children's bathroom."

"When building the program, the most important request from the clients' point of view was to design a house inspired by Greek design. Both are simply in love with Greece, visit it almost every vacation, love the music, are fans of one of the local soccer teams and there is no meal that does not include drinking a glass of ouzo. The husband even studied independently the Greek language and is proficient in reading, writing and speaking.
"In interior design, the Greeks use the colors white (lepko) and blue (glazio) - Γαλαζιο και λευκο, the colors of their flag.
The white color brings cleanliness, purity and coolness to the cooling of the hot weather and the blue of the sea is reflected in the touches, especially in the windows, doors, furniture items and styling such as carpets, vases and pictures.
The Greeks usually combine the colors white and blue in a harmonious way with wooden and straw items that infuse warmth and create an energetic balance in the space.
In addition, Greek-style design also combines colored tiles in blue, white and brown shades which can be seen in flooring or colored mosaics and coverings in various places such as in the kitchen, balconies and showers.
In the meantime, the Greek design is very suitable for the climate of the country-Israeli and in practice is wonderfully integrated into the design of the house."

"The color palette I chose includes, of course, white and blue colors, while combining wood and yellow in precise doses, as well as natural materials such as pottery, wood, straw and textiles. In the kitchen, we chose to replace the original facades with new ones, which are characterized by a rustic style, in combinations of white and blue. Yes, for the surfaces we chose silestone plates in a black and white shade. In the adjacent
living room
we combined a large seating area in shades of white, yellow and touches of blue as well as a wooden work area.
Illustrated in shades of blue, white and a little brown, a butcher wood surface on which a special pottery sink and the sanitary utensils were placed, a mirror and a special lighting in a golden tone."

"The couple's suite is a comfortable and intimate retreat for them that will allow them to recharge with energy for a new day. In my opinion, while visual and physical comfort is essential for any room, in an adult's bedroom it is even more important. We spend about a third of the day in this space, so it is important to create a pleasant and relaxing environment, For the body and the soul - from creating a spacious and wide space, through the implementation of storage options, correct placement of the furniture, to the use of soft textile items and complementary accessories (accessories) to improve the mood and create the space that dreams are made of.
"Just like in the public space, so also in the parents' suite , it was important for the couple to feel like they were in a hotel in Greece and my task was to make their dream come true for them.
I kept a soothing color palette in shades of white, blue and mustard yellow;
I used natural materials of wood and stone;
I combined a lot of textiles such as a soft and pleasant white curtain, a large carpet, a bed cover and soft and pleasant pillows and of course high quality and impressive wallpaper, and I changed the location of the closet door in order to use up the available space.
In doing so, I was able to create a spacious and pleasant parallel closet that includes a lot of storage and hanging space."

"The existing shower was completely dismantled and the existing plumbing was replaced with a new one. I created for them a spacious and luxurious shower and a very large sink cabinet that includes, among other things, a respectable drawer for laundry so that they do not have to put in unnecessary baskets or go to the main laundry room in the house. I also designed a large and impressive dresser that adds color to the space and is a place Perfect storage."
