Munich - There was an incident in a five-story residential building in which around one and a half square meters of plaster fell from the facade onto the sidewalk.
Luckily there were no injuries.
One thing is clear: given the height, that could have been a bad thing.

A blessing in disguise: plaster comes off the five-story building and crashes onto the sidewalk
It is believed that the plaster fell due to moisture ingress at the fifth floor level.
In order to avoid further danger, the fire department was alerted by the property management.
The firefighters checked the affected area of the facade from the basket of the turntable ladder and removed other loose parts.
After they had made the sidewalk safe again, traffic safety duties were handed back over to the property management.
