Good news, creating clay labels is a surprisingly simple process!
Here's how you can easily make your own clay labels for your vegetable garden.
Necessary material :
Clay that hardens in the oven;
A roller or flat surface to spread the clay;
A sharp knife;
A ruler ;
Letter stamps;
An oven for baking labels;
Acrylic paint (optional);
Glossy, matte or resin varnish (optional).
Steps :
Knead and spread the clay until it is approximately 6 mm thick.
Make sure there are no air bubbles;
Use a sharp knife and a ruler to cut the clay into strips 1 inch wide by 5 inches long.
Make sure the top is cut straight and the bottom is pointed at a 45-degree angle;
Use letter stamps to write plant names.
