About a month ago, Jordan Man, a 52-year-old resident of Rehovot, who was then a candidate for the Rehovot City Council, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting Minister Idit Silman near a cafe in a shopping center in the city.
An indictment was filed against her, at which point she was charged with assaulting a public servant, willful damage to property and threats.
Lior Man, Jordan's husband told Walla: "Idit Silman pulled out a phone and walked towards Jordan after an exchange of words. As I know my wife, and Silman's false complaints in her past, it would not be strange to say that Silman was looking for something and found Jordan as a convenient victim."
