The breath alcohol test for a man from Freising who was checked in Eitting showed 1.94 per mille.
Eitting - A clear smell of alcohol was noticeable when a 57-year-old from the Freising district was subjected to a traffic stop in Eitting on Friday, March 8th, around 5:15 p.m.
The Erdinger police report that a breath alcohol test was carried out, which showed a level of 1.94 per mille.
“Continuing travel was immediately prohibited and the vehicle key was confiscated,” says the press report.
The driver's license was confiscated.
A blood sample was then taken at the Erding clinic and criminal proceedings were initiated against the accused.
