The families will also hold a meeting with The author of the report, the UN Special Representative for Sexual Violence in Conflict Zones, Premila Patten, and will participate in a special reception with the Mayor of New York, Eric Adams.
"The delegation is something like no other. It is important that we be there right now as families of abductees and do everything to free them. Each of the abductees and each of the abductees is still experiencing what is described in the report, we are still on October 7 and we must make it stop," Yordan Gonen, her sister of the kidnapped Romi Gonen.
Eli Luke, the father of the abducted Shani Luke, who was murdered, said: "On the morning of the holiday, terrorists entered us who grabbed the women, raped them and committed other horrific acts - which must reach international recognition. Foreign Minister Israel Katz accompanies the families of the abductees on a visit. "Tonight we are going to a special emergency discussion of the UN Security Council to place the issue of abductees and the return of the abductees home at the top of the agenda. Together with the representatives of the families, we will talk about the special report of sending the UN to point out the horrible things that Hamas has committed, and we will work to recognize Hamas as a terrorist organization and make an unequivocal decision to return all the abductees and the abductees home."
