Poverty, difficult cohabitation, yet another argument and tragedy: a man stabbed and found dead in a bath of blood.

For this murder, committed in Asnières-sur-Seine on August 22, 2021, Saïd M., 50, must be tried by the Hauts-de-Seine Assize Court from Monday March 11 to Wednesday March 13.

In pre-trial detention since the crime, he will appear in the accused box but will not be the only one to have to explain himself to the jurors.

Hamouda B., 24, was fired for failure to assist a person in danger.

In the closed doors of an apartment on rue du Docteur-Fleming, in the northern districts of Asnières, this young man would have done nothing to help the victim, killed at the age of 28, probably in his sleep.

He did not even call the emergency services because, he explained during the investigation, he did not know the number.

Hamouda B. is the grandson of the owner of the apartment in the northern districts, sublet to men in dire circumstances.

Thus, Saïd M., the alleged murderer, and Mohamed Z., the victim, had lived there for several years.
