The Turin prosecutor, this is the hypothesis, would have convinced the footballer's ex-girlfriend "not to proceed" against him, inducing the girl to sign an economic transaction with Seck, in which it was expected that she would remit the complaint.
By virtue of this transaction, the prosecutor had requested the dismissal of the case for the footballer in July, which was then accepted by the investigating judge, and Bucarelli had always rejected any charges.
According to the Milanese prosecutors, however, Bucarelli deleted the evidence of the revenge porn and did not pursue the investigation further, because Seck's cell phone was never seized.
